food , coffee and so much juice!

The food was so incredible, super fresh and although foreign, familiar. Lots of juices and fruit you have never tasted before or even seen! The street food was fresh fruit concoctions and one of my favourite junk street dishes was pork (bacon) on roasted banana (plantain?)

Panela was queen of the food pyramid! As the young chef at Unitec told us , it ran in every Colombians bloodstream!
